I was scheduling my car for service in preparation for our upcoming Memorial Day beach weekend drive to the beach, I noticed strange noises coming from the engine. I spoke with my service advisor Mo Baker, who said he would have the technicians find the cause of the problem. To my surprise, my water pump was leaking and the engine pulleys were worn out! Once again, I was faced with a potentially expensive repair, My service advisor Mo, informed me the price of repair but was covered by the extended warranty I purchased from them! He also reported that my tires were worn, a service I knew I needed but had put off. Fortunately, Mo said that Farrish had a deal on replacement tires and I readily agreed to the additional service! Although the repairs to a full week to complete, I received my car back fully serviced and washed five days before our drive to the beach! I am currently writing this from the beach after a safe and uneventful drive! Once again, these are fantastic people to work with! ”

Vehicle was freshly washed and detailed with a full tank of gas. And, they even had floor mats for me! I’ve bought brand new vehicles and got home only to realize under that new paper there were none. It’s the little things that add up and this dealership checked all the boxes. But most importantly, they have great prices. I drove 4.5 hours to purchase a vehicle here that was listed 10k more at my local dealer. They also have very competitive financing.
