Great customer service at FARRISH of Fairfax. I drove from Maryland to Virginia just to get my car serviced and they even gave it back cleaned. The manager Mo was very professional and accommodating. Very easy process and friendly service from Mikaela. I found a pre-owned Jeep on the Farrish site and submitted an information request. Mikaela reached out right away and said she would have the car ready for me when I arrive. When I arrived, she had the Jeep out front, ready for a test drive. Mikaela was knowledgeable about the car and trade-in process. As there was a minimal wait while my trade-in was valued, Mikaela made sure me and my daughter were comfortable and frequently checked in to see if there was anything we needed. I received a loaner car for the week while the Jeep was being inspected and detailed. Mikaela kept in touch during the week and promptly let me know when my "new" ride was ready for pick up. Overall a 10/10 experience. The process was smooth, low pressure, great price and friendly.

We traveled from Ohio to Fairfax last Saturday, after negotiating with Jeff’s help over the telephone earlier in the week. Everyone we encountered was courteous, pleasant and professional. Jeff is definitely a superstar! Basem was also very helpful and went out of his way to make us comfortable. Even Chris in Finance was accommodating—and that’s a bit tough to admit since he’s from Xichigan 😊. A+ experience, and glad to have met everyone!

Farrish determined that it was simply a loose connection yet charged me the base $250 fee stating that the charge reflected a "cleaning" fee. I wrote a Google Review sharing my experience. While I understand there was a charge involved, I thought $250 was a bit much. To my surprise, a week plus later I got a call, on a Saturday nonetheless, from the Service Manager, Brandon Hall-Brown. Brandon got right to the point and shared that while procedures were followed, the fee could well be perceived as high given the circumstance. He shared he was refunding me $200.00. While not looking for a refund, Farrish was generous and the gesture was appreciated. I come from the services industry and what Brandon/Farrish did is what will compel me to return to Farrish time and again. It was Farrish looking at the big picture and not looking at a transaction by transaction basis (seeing the Forest from the Trees). Brandon obviously knows the services industry but also knows customer appreciation and is well versed in a slogan I often use -- People Buy From People. Brandon knows that this gesture would likely be appreciated by me. He further knows there is significant competition in the auto industry and a happy client may well come back again and may further share their "happiness" with others (as I am doing now). The end result will be additional business for Farrish. And I am not saying that Brandon did this with this result in mind, I am saying this is the kind of person Brandon is. If only more folks could be like Brandon, business would be better all-around. Farrish should be proud of Brandon and pleased with his behavior. PS...When I go to replace my Ram truck, I know I will go to Farrish and look up Brandon!
