The Dodge Charger has long been an integral part of muscle car history, and it breaks barriers with its all-electric engineering in the 2024 model year. The 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona electric muscle car will initially be released as a two-door vehicle, and four-door versions will be available at the end of the year.

The design is remarkable, with a modern spin on the Charger's recognizable, squared-off nose and swooping roof. The front end shows off a strong swell and intentional accent lines over the hood. The hood rolls powerfully to a thin, rectangular grille. The bottom of the grille is accented by a slender LED bar that reaches from side to side. Upright air vents flank the expansive lower fascia. The steering wheel paddle shifters put the driver in control of three regeneration levels and a PowerShot button. When pressed, this button gives you a quick boost of 40 horsepower. The R/T trim level's standard horsepower rating is 496, and the Scat Pack delivers 670 horsepower. Additional features are launch control, line locks, a drift mode, and a donut mode. The battery range is between 216 and 308 miles.

The 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona EV also has experience-enhancing features inside the cabin. The Drive Experience Recorder has both interior and exterior cameras. Performance pages on the dashboard deliver propulsion system data, g-forces stats, clocking performance metrics, and other data. Based on the trim selected, the car may have a pistol grip shifter, a wireless phone charger, a 12.3-inch infotainment system screen, up to a 16-inch digital instrument panel, a power ignition button, a digital key, a head-up display, an Alpine sound system with a subwoofer, a navigation system, Android Auto, Amazon Alexa, Apple CarPlay, auto emergency braking, forward collision sensing and lane keep assistance.
