 What's New for the 2025 RAM 1500?
The 2025 RAM 1500 truck is remarkably restyled, bringing several new features and engineering updates for you to enjoy. The RAM truck line has been recognized for its squared-off nose and sculpted hood throughout its history, and the nose on the 2025 RAM 1500 is tweaked to moderately mute the muscular hood. The nose is slightly curved with a broad, reshaped grille and revamped, rectangular LED headlights. The wheel designs and color choices have also been updated. The model continues to be available with two cargo bed lengths, a bed power outlet, and a split-folding tailgate.
A new trim level is introduced with the 2025 RAM 1500. This trim level, the Tungsten, sits at the top of the lineup and adds luxury to your driving experience. It comes with a 23-speaker Klipsch stereo, a suede headliner, 24-way adjustable seats, walk-up animation, signature lighting, an upgraded steel frame, heating and cooling for the front seats, massaging front seats, wood trim and updated quilted leather upholstery.
Under the hood, the HEMI V8 engine has been deleted. In its place, two twin-turbo, inline-six engines are available at different trim levels. These produce 420 and 540 horsepower. There is also a flat V6 engine with a hybrid component that produces 305 horsepower. All 2025 RAM 1500 trucks have a coil spring rear suspension or an optional air suspension system. In addition, the 2025 model year brings the RAM 1500 REV EV and the Ramcharger plug-in hybrid models to the lineup.
Inside the cabin, the 2025 RAM 1500 takes on a modern look. The 8.4-inch touch display screen in the 2024 model year grows to 12 inches. In addition, higher trim levels are available with a 14.5-inch display screen. The front passenger can enjoy a 10.3-inch entertainment system screen. The RAM 1500 will continue to come with Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, a head-up display, a digital rear mirror, a digital driver's instrument cluster, a navigation system, adaptive cruise control, dual wireless charging pads, a hands-free driving model, auto emergency braking, a blind-spot monitor, a rear cross-traffic alert, pedestrian detection, and others.
