2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee vs 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Serving Fairfax, VA

The Jeep Grand Cherokee is well-known for combining premium features with strong capabilities, and its long-standing appeal has progressively been elevated over several decades with regular updates. In 2024, however, only a few small updates have been made. Our Farrish Chrysler Dodge Jeep sales reps are ready to show you these improvements and help with your search for your next SUV.

Performance

Two gas engines and a plug-in hybrid powertrain are available for the 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee, unchanged going into the 2024 model year. The base engine for all trims is a 293-horsepower, 3.6-liter, V6 gas system. It is offered with standard rear-wheel drive; all-wheel drive is an upgrade. The other gas engine is optional for the Overland and Summit trims only. This is a 357-horsepower, V8, 5.7-liter system with standard all-wheel drive. The plug-in hybrid system features a 375-horsepower, four-cylinder engine with all-wheel drive, and it is only offered with the Trailhawk, Overland, and Summit trims. All powertrains are paired with an automatic eight-speed transmission.

Appearance

The 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited is the only trim level with improvements to its exterior. These are new 18-inch wheels with a polished aluminum finish. The Grand Cherokee continues to have a sophisticated, confident look established by its squared-off profile, wheel wells, and front-end design. A pinstripe accent follows the lower perimeter of the Grand Cherokee's side panels. At the front, the lower fascia has a black finish and is embedded with foglamps. The short grille expands across the nose with rectangular accents and directly integrates with rectangular LED headlights. Some of the many features available for the 2023 and 2024 Grand Cherokee are tow hooks, a panoramic sunroof, a hands-free liftgate, all-terrain tires, a black roof, and automatic wipers.

Features

You will find no differences when you compare the 2023 Grand Cherokee trim levels to the 2024 trim levels.
